We distinguish minor copy edits, material updates and factual corrections. A correction changes the public modification date and adds a notice describing what changed.
Report an issue
Send the article URL, the disputed passage and supporting evidence through our contact page. Specific evidence helps us investigate faster.
Assessment
The editorial team checks the original evidence, current authoritative sources and the impact of the issue. Unverified allegations are not silently adopted.
Public record
Confirmed factual errors are corrected in the article and accompanied by a dated Correction Notice. The original publication date is retained.
